Whiskey Row

Whiskey Row Bourbon showcases both the skill and expertise of a legendary whiskey maker, Steve Thompson and the history of Louisville, KY.
About Whiskey Row Straight Bourbon Whiksey
Whiskey Row Bourbon was created by industry legend Steve Thompson at Kentucky Artisan Distillery. It is named after “Whiskey Row”, Main Street in Louisville, Kentucky, where the bourbon business got its start. Steve’s dream was to create some very high-quality, full-flavored bourbons echoing a pre-prohibition style by blending together and extra maturing diverse mash bills.

Triple Wood
When the early pioneers of american whiskey converged on Louisville’s Main Street, they started a fine tradition Blending their whiskies in the cast iron warehouses that line this street, imbuing the walls with both history and thanks to the Angel’s Share – a fair amount of actual spirit. Our homage to Whiskey Row is also an homage to the art of layering flavor: Triple-Aged first in traditional white oak, then in Pedro Ximénex Sherry Casks, and finally in cognac casks. The results is deep, rich, and wll-balances, an easy-drinking ode to the birthplace of bourebon.

Bottled in Bond
In 2012, I built a distillery in Kentucky to craft a Bourbon with “Difference” by incorporating all the qualities I could Imagine. I used locally grown corn, wheat and rye to capture the Terrior of Kentucky and a copper pot still to give a powerful aroma with lots of Bourbon flavor. I barreled the product at 110 proof for better wood and flavor extraction. Enjoy my multigrain, pot distilled, estate grown and very straight Kentucky Bourbon
